Cashout policy
- Cashouts are available under the cashier section on the website. We are committed to providing fast and secure cashouts to our players.
- Your cashout requests will be answered within 72 hours.
- A 48 hour delay on cashouts from your last deposit is enforced to prevent fraud. You may submit a cashout request after allowing 48 hours from your last deposit.
- The minimum amount you can withdraw from InsuredPlay is $10 (USD).
- You must make at least one deposit to InsuredPlay before you can request a cashout.
- You may be asked to provide us with proof of your identity upon requesting a cashout.
Cashouts to Neteller
To prevent fraud, you will be asked to make at least one deposit using Neteller before you can cashout funds to Neteller. All cashouts up to the total amount you deposited using Neteller can be withdrawn only to Neteller. If your cashout request exceeds the total amount you deposited, you may request to use any e-wallet that you previously used to make a deposit.

Cashouts to Skrill (Moneybookers)
To prevent fraud, you will be asked to make at least one deposit using Skrill before you can cashout funds to Skrill. All cashouts up to the total amount you deposited using Skrill can be withdrawn only to Skrill. If your cashout request exceeds the total amount you deposited, you may request to use any e-wallet that you previously used to make a deposit.
Unprocessed balance fees
If you deposit to InsuredPlay and withdraw your funds before using them on insurance or any other product on InsuredPlay, you will be asked to pay a fee to cover the transaction costs related to your deposit and cashout. In order not to pay fees, the total amount you paid for insurance premiums since your last deposit must be equal to or more than the deposit amount.
Please note that this is due to the transfer fees charged by the e-wallets to us.
